Jana was born and raised in Bridgeport, Texas. She attended several colleges and earned a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a minor in Biology from the University Of Texas, San Antonio. She taught at several public and private schools before becoming a full-time mommy. She is currently serving as the Children's Director at her home church in Bridgeport.

Jana is the mother of two beautiful and gifted daughters: Madison, who is five and Mary Claire who is three. The girls enjoy playing dress-up, riding and playing with horses and playing with Barbies. They have two goldfish, Cleo and Goldie. The girls are Jana's pride and joy!

Jana has been blessed to have a wonderful family and close circle of friends. They have supported her during times of adversity and she will be forever grateful. She is a Christian, and sees God as her best friend and heavenly Father. She is nothing without God.

Jana's interests include scuba diving, reading, cooking, decorating, entertaining and hanging out with her girl's, family and friends. She likes to watch hockey and attend plays and concerts. She has quickly learned to enjoy riding behind Mike on his motorcycle and is looking forward to getting her own.

Jana is overwhelmed by the friend and partner that she has found in Mike. He is her knight in shining armor. His sense of humor and gentleness have captivated her.
